Building on a reputation for excellence and innovation, Matt creates simple and imaginative food for the discerning diner. He starts with the freshest local ingredients, sourced within a 50km radius of our exclusive country property and works with our Food Stylist to ensure every menu meets his strict mandate for “finding a dish’s full potential”.
Having worked in Australia and overseas, Matt’s continued passion to deliver exceptionally good food has also seen him represented as one of the top invited chefs at the high profile celebration of Australian Food and Wine Festival and other national food extravaganzas.
