The Courtyard Lawn Marquee
This beautiful space offers 371.4 sq meters of luscious lawn, formal sandstone paths and hedging and is flanked by the sandstone house and garden guest wing. The fountain stands as a soothing centerpiece and is further framed by 186 sq metres of black and white checkerboard tiled verandas.
A stunning white weatherproof marquee with clear walls has been permanently installed on the courtyard lawn.
Measuring 8m x 21m it can be lined with silk for a stunning backdrop to many different styles of events.
Crystal chandeliers are available to provide a high end finish.

The Summer House
Beautiful when the Queensland breezes flow through this space, the Summer House is an outdoor room with covered roof. The Summer House caters beautifully to intimate gatherings.

Plantation Room
A private nook with views through the Paulownia Grove to the Homestead and framed by a majestic Eucalyptus Forest, the outdoor space is nestled on the outskirts of the property. Available for day time events only.

Checkerboard Verandas
You could be forgiven for thinking you were in rural France when enjoying pre‐dinner drinks or a roving degustation event on the checkerboard verandas. Wrapping around the entire homestead and providing glimpses into the luxury accommodation within, this space is ideal as a pre‐dinner option or perfect for a relaxed stand up event.
Enjoy a long lunch or dinner with tables that meander along this beautiful covered space with views across the formal gardens.

The Sitting Room
Located at the front of the Sandstone House overlooking the long drive, The Sitting Room is entered via French doors which lead to an intimate room that offers parquetry floors, a lounge area, and a beautiful feature wall and is in close proximity to the formal lounge. Guests can be welcomed by a string trio with pre‐dinner drinks on the veranda then make their way inside to a styled room. Just enchanting!
